"Wild Honey encompasses personal growth, self-reliance, independence and vulnerability. Quinn's story, while serious in subject matter, is witty and heartwarming, which makes it entertaining to read."

"This is the type of e-book that can make skeptics of the format throw their doubts away. It is a quick read with plenty of romance, troubled times and the kind of characters the reader will really care about."

"Janet Quinn is an excellent author and has a real talent for the historical romance. She also knows how to include tension in a story. There is one scene where it is a race to try to rescue a character and the tension is heart stopping."

"Wild Honey is a wonderful look at the life and hardships suffered by women and children in the gold mining towns of the 1800s. Melanie was a wonderful young woman, with strong family loyalties, and other good qualities that endeared her to all who met her. The story was full of delightful and colorful characters, who added much to the story. Ms. Quinn captured my attention from the start of this terrific book, and kept it until the end. I wasn't ready for it to end, since that meant I have to wait until her next release to read more from her! I'll be excitedly waiting for more from this author, she has been added to my list of auto-buy names."

"Wild Honey is a nonstop adventure into romance and good triumphing over evil. Callum has had his heart broken once before and sought the solace of a town where no one stays longer than a few months. It is too easy to become attached to people when you live in a real town. But for all his desire to remain separate from the world around him, he finds himself drawn to Melanie and her family. Melanie is determined and desperate to stop drifting from town to town and finally put down roots, which is exactly what she does in Gold Strike. Suddenly the little town she hated so much becomes home and Callum the man she wants most in her life. When these two get together, watch the sparks fly. Both are strong willed, passionate people and fall madly in love with each other."

"For a romance that is sure to please, be sure not to miss Wild Honey."
